Why no monthly subscription?
Because most runners race 1–2 marathons a year, not 12. Charging monthly for an event-driven product punishes the casual runner and is the wrong shape for the use case. Pay for the race you're running.
What does free actually include?
One full race-day strategy for any race in our library — pacing, nutrition, AI-narrated race plan, race-week checklist. Verified-date email reminders activate when the race date exists in our data. The same product Pro users get, just limited to your first race.
When does Annual make sense?
If you race 3+ times a year (marathons + halves + a trail event), Annual pays for itself. Multi-race calendar and Strava sync are nice-to-haves on top.
What if I'm not happy with the strategy?
7-day refund on every purchase — Race Pass or Annual — no questions asked. Email moin@kristianhoffmann.de from the address you used at checkout and we'll process it within 24 hours.
VAT and invoices?
TrainingFlow is operated as a Kleinunternehmer under § 19 UStG — no VAT is shown or charged. Stripe handles the invoice generation.
