Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-21
These terms govern your use of TrainingFlow. They are short on purpose. The operator is identified in the Impressum.
1. What we provide
TrainingFlow generates race-day pacing strategies, nutrition recommendations, and related narrative content based on inputs you supply (fitness data) and public race data. We do not provide medical, dietary, training-prescription, or injury advice. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional before racing.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of the email account and password linked to your TrainingFlow login. One human per account.
3. Plans, Race Passes, and payment
TrainingFlow has three plan shapes, all billed by Stripe in EUR:
- Free — one full race strategy, lifetime quota, no card needed.
- Race Pass — €7 one-off purchase that unlocks one additional race. Does not renew.
- Annual — €19/year, unlimited races, auto-renewing until canceled in /billing.
Race Passes are one-off transactions and do not renew. Annual subscriptions renew yearly until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no refunds for partial periods. Prices are gross under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer); no VAT is shown separately on invoices.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. To withdraw, email moin@kristianhoffmann.de. If you have already used Pro features during the withdrawal period, we may pro-rate the refund to reflect usage.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, automate against, or abuse the service. Do not use it to plan or train for activities prohibited by your medical situation. Do not resell strategies as your own coaching product without an explicit license from us.
6. Disclaimer
TrainingFlow is provided "as is". Pacing math is deterministic and tested against published sports-science models, but real-world race performance depends on variables outside our control (your fitness on the day, the weather, the course, your gear, your nutrition, your sleep). We do not guarantee race-day outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by EU consumer law, our liability for damages is limited to (a) intentional or grossly negligent breaches and (b) typical, foreseeable damages under the contract. Liability for fundamental contractual obligations is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months. This does not limit liability under the German Product Liability Act or for personal injury.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in /profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice, except in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal obligation.
9. Governing law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory protection of the consumer's place of residence applies. Venue is Hannover where permitted.
